Four stages, one continuous mandate
We structure our services around the full mineral development lifecycle. Clients join us at whichever stage their project has reached — and stay for the ones that follow.
Stage 01Discover
First-pass target generation, geological mapping, geochemical sampling, structural interpretation, remote sensing and exploration strategy. This is where a licence area becomes a ranked set of drill targets rather than a hopeful footprint.
Stage 02Define
Drilling programme design and supervision, resource estimation, QA/QC data management, and JORC / SAMREC / NI 43-101 compliant Competent Person reporting. Every dataset is built to survive third-party scrutiny.
Stage 03Develop
Technical advisory, project management, investment readiness, prefeasibility and feasibility support, and regulatory coordination — the work that turns a defined resource into a financeable project.
Stage 04Sustain
ESG integration, environmental baseline studies, community engagement frameworks, water management, project closure planning and responsible stewardship.
